All products we sell carry the manufactures warranty on them as noted. However with any Carl Weill or Muller S.G. product we cover the lifetime North American warranty as we are the exclusive North American distributors for Carl Weill and its sister companies associated with them.

The reasoning behind this is simple. We know as an individual you are busy and having the right cooking utensils in your kitchen is necessary to perform your daily dishes. So instead of shipping out your item in question to the manufacture and waiting for a decision for about 8-12 weeks we take care of the warranty directly and provide you a new item right away if visiting one of our stores (Or exchanging and mailing out if not near one of our locations). This enables you to get back into your kitchen and cooking the things you love.

If you have purchased any Carl Weill or Muller S.G. product in North America it must be stamped with an I.T.F. Corporation stamp in order for it to carry the lifetime warranty. The stipulations of each products warranty shall be outlined in the product brochures you receive in the packaging.
